Our office has strong expertise in all aspects of food law, feed law and consumer product law, as well as in intellectual property law (trade mark law, competition law, geographical indications of food, design protection, patent law) and advises manufacturers, industry and traders/retailers at all stages of the value chain. Experience includes the legal assessment of products, retail concepts and marketing campaigns, the settlement of conflicts with authorities, competitors and consumers, defence in criminal and fine proceedings, and the drafting of sector-specific contracts and agreements.
