Felipe Samaniego is a partner at CorralRosales. He has more than 16 years of experience focusing in Regulatory, especially in matters related to Advertising, Consumer Goods, Food Law, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary, Cosmetic, Hygiene Products, among others.
Felipe leads the Regulatory department, where he oversees processes for obtaining permits and authorizations, due diligence, defense of clients in administrative and judicial processes, management of complex matters, and crisis management. He also handles foreign trade and quality standards issues and other processes required for the sale and exploitation of products and services.
Felipe is in charge of a team of technicians specialized in different industries, which allows for comprehensive legal and technical advice to our clients.
Felipe participates actively in forums and congresses on regulatory and advertisement law. He has published both locally and internationally on Regulatory Law topics.
Felipe is a graduate from the Universidad de las Americas, holds a Master’s degree in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Certificate in Business Administration from IE Business School. He also has an LLM in Food Law from the LUISS Guido Carli University, as a result of a scholarship awarded by the International Chamber of Commerce.
